Pastor Weary
Pastor Weary was born and raised in Pennsylvania. His parents faithfully instructed him with the Word of God. It was this teaching that allowed him to see that he was a sinner and that Christ was the only Savior. As he grew both physically and spiritually God began to give him a desire to serve Him. He went forward in a revival service and consecrated his life to the Lord. Throughout his childhood and teen years he strived to faithfully be active in programs of evangelism and Christian service. The more he ministered to people, the more his desire grew to live for God. As a teenager so great was his burden to do the work of the Lord that he knew there was no way he could do anything but ministry the rest of his life. Pastor's life verse became Ps.143:10 “… Teach me to do thy will for thou art my God.” Pastor Weary said, "My call to the ministry did not come through an audible voice from heaven or an extraordinary event, but rather an all-consuming desire in my heart put there by none other than the Holy Spirit."
Pastor Weary graduated form Pensacola Christian College in 2004. While at Bible college he met his wife, Laura. From 2006-2014 Pastor Weary served on the pastoral staff at Central Calvary Baptist Church in West Plains, Mo. Pastor Weary came to FBC in July 2014. Pastor and Mrs. Weary have five children Karissa, Timothy, Elisabeth, Joy, and Jonathan. |
